Birthday Party Package:
Price: $400 (member price: $360)
Includes:
- 2 hours private access to our party room
- Admission for up to 20 guests (adults and children ages 1 and older)
- Maximum of 30 guests (charge of $7 per person after the initial 20 guests)
- T-shirt for the birthday child
- Access to our Museum exhibits**
**Museum exhibits are subject to closure at the Museum staff’s discretion, for cleaning or repair, and may not be guaranteed for availability during your event.
Full payment is required to book party.
No personal checks accepted.
Signed agreement MUST be on file to secure the party date.
To request a party date please fill out the Birthday Party Request Form and return via email.
Please email the Birthday Party Request form to our Fun Coordinator at childrensmuseumvsa@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before party date to check availability (note: Party dates are not official until booked and party contract has been signed and reviewed with our Fun Coordinator). Please call us at (209) 465-4386 if you have not heard back within 48 hours (if you submit a request on Monday or Tuesday, the museum is closed, and we will review it after we return on Wednesday).
