PRIVATE FACILITY RENTAL

Having a large party, corporate event, holiday gathering, or fundraiser? The Children's Museum is perfect for your next celebration!

Facility Rental Package: 

Price: $1,000  (Member price: $900)

  • 2.5 hours exclusive private rental of Museum*
  • Admission for up to 75 guests (adults and children ages 1 and older)
  • Access to our party room and Museum exhibits**

**Museum exhibits are subject to closure at the Museum staff’s discretion and may not be guaranteed for availability during your event.​

Extra Fees:                                                                          

  • Art Studio (with staff attendant):  $150
  • Our event package covers admission for 75 guests. Party Host will be charged our General Admission price of $7.00 per guest (adult or child ages 1 and older) after the initial 75 (maximum of 100 guests permitted). 

​A deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking.
No personal checks accepted.
Deposit and a signed rental contract MUST be on file with our Event Coordinator to secure your party date.

Please email your completed Private Facility Rental form to our Event Coordinator at childrensmuseumvsa@gmail.com at least 2 weeks before party date to check availability (note: Event dates are not official until booked and rental contract has been signed and reviewed with our Event Coordinator). Please call us at (209) 465-4386 if you have not heard back within 48 hours (if you submit a request on Monday or Tuesday, the museum is closed, and we will review it after we return on Wednesday). Thank you!
